How It Works
Tell us what you're picturing. A photo, a Pinterest board, a sketch — anything works. We'll talk shapes, carat, budget, and her style. In person at our Old San Juan showroom, or over WhatsApp if you're off island.
02 — We Source Your Diamond
We hand-select IGI certified lab grown diamonds or GIA certified natural diamonds that fit your budget and show you the actual certificates. You approve the exact stone before we cut anything.
03 — You Approve the Design
We send you a 3D rendering of your ring from every angle. Change the band width, the prongs, the setting height, the hidden halo — as many rounds as you need until it's right.
04 — We Build It
Your ring is cast, set, and finished in solid 14k or 18k gold. Two to five weeks from approval. It arrives in a presentation box with the IGI certificate and a lifetime warranty on the setting.
What You Can Customize
Diamond shape — Oval, round brilliant, emerald, pear, radiant, cushion, marquise, princess
Carat weight — 1ct to 5ct+, and we'll show you what each one actually looks like on a hand before you commit
Setting — Solitaire, cathedral, hidden halo, halo, three stone, toi et moi, bezel
Metal — 14k or 18k yellow, white, or rose gold. Solid, never plated, never hollow.
Band — Plain, pavé, twisted, split shank, or a matching wedding band designed at the same time
Engraving — A date, initials, coordinates, a phrase. Inside the band, at no extra charge.
Why Custom Costs Less Than You Think
A 2 carat lab grown diamond engagement ring from a mall jeweler runs $6,000–$9,000. The same stone, same certification, same solid 14k gold — built custom by us — typically lands between $1,800 and $3,000.
The difference isn't quality. It's that we source the diamond directly and build the ring ourselves instead of paying for a brand name, a display case, and three layers of distribution.
Most custom rings we build fall between $1,500 and $3,500. Tell us your number and we'll design to it honestly — we'd rather show you what's genuinely possible at $2,000 than sell you a ring that stretches you.

FAQ
How long does a custom ring take?
Two to five weeks from the moment you approve the 3D design. Consultation and design usually adds another week.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. Most people come in with one photo and a budget. That's plenty.
What if I don't know her ring size?
We build to a best estimate and include one free resizing.
Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?

What if I'm not in Puerto Rico?
Roughly half our custom work is done remotely over WhatsApp and video call. We ship insured, free, anywhere in the US and PR.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, 50% to begin, with the balance due before shipping. Financing can cover both.
